Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DGCA-certified Drone Pilot role based in Andhra Pradesh focused on supporting Salam Kisan’s drone-led precision agriculture operations in Andhra Pradesh. The Drone Pilot will operate UAVs for agricultural spraying and related field missions, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient drone flights. Responsibilities include conducting pre-flight inspections, planning flight paths, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining detailed records of each operation. The role also involves coordinating with field teams and farmers, providing basic training and guidance on drone operations when needed, and reporting technical issues or operational risks promptly. The Drone Pilot will follow all regulatory and company safety protocols, support data collection tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement of drone workflows in the region.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong operational skills in DGCA-Certified Drone Piloting, with hands-on experience flying drones or UAVs for field applications.
- Candidates should possess technical knowledge of Drones and UAV systems, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance checks, and safe handling of equipment.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to guide field staff or farmers on basic drone usage and safety practices.
- Valid drone pilot certification or license as per DGCA.
- Understanding of agricultural practices or interest in working closely with farming communities is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in field conditions, travel within Andhra Pradesh as required, and follow safety and compliance procedures rigorously.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail in documentation, and comfort using mobile or web-based operational tools.
- Prior experience in aviation, robotics, remote sensing, or agritech operations is an advantage.

West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam, Chitoor, Anantapur.
Total Requirement: 12 Pilots.
Salary: 15,000-20,000 with Incentives.
