Company Description Bravo 1 India Ltd, is an emerging organization focused on applying advanced technology to real-world field operations, including the use of drones for monitoring, surveying, and data collection.
Role Description The Drone Operator will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring drone flights to support activities such as surveying, inspection, mapping, and visual documentation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing equipment, conducting pre-flight safety checks, operating drones in compliance with local regulations, and capturing high-quality video and imagery. The role also involves reviewing and organizing collected data, maintaining flight logs and equipment, and coordinating with on-site teams to meet project objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajasthan, India, requiring consistent field presence and adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to safely operate drones, including conducting pre-flight inspections, managing flight paths, and handling basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with aerial photography or videography, including framing shots, managing lighting conditions, and ensuring clear and stable footage.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate flight and maintenance records, and organizing collected data and imagery.
- Knowledge of relevant drone regulations and safety protocols, and willingness to comply with local and national guidelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with field staff, project managers, and other stakeholders on-site.
- Comfort working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions, with a focus on safety and situational awareness.
- Basic technical aptitude for updating firmware, calibrating equipment, and learning new tools or software related to drone operations.
- Relevant certification or training in drone operation or aviation safety is preferred; prior experience in drone-based surveying or inspection is a plus.
