🚀 We’re Hiring | Drone Engineer – Agriculture & Custom UAVs
Shanik AG Pvt. Ltd. / Mama Drones is looking for a hands-on Drone Engineer to join our team and work on agriculture drones, open-source UAV platforms, and custom drone development.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with Pixhawk, JIYI flight controllers.
- Prior experience working with agriculture drones
- Good understanding of drone repair, troubleshooting & maintenance
- Experience with custom/open-source drone builds
- Understanding of UAV electronics, wiring, ESCs, motors, GPS, telemetry, sensors, etc.
- Ability to diagnose hardware and flight-related issues independently
- Practical, hands-on approach to prototyping and field testing
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, configure and test agriculture & custom UAVs
- Configure and troubleshoot Pixhawk-based systems
- Diagnose and repair drone hardware and electronics
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of agricultural drones
- Integrate sensors, payloads and other UAV components
- Conduct flight testing and troubleshoot field issues
- Contribute to development of new open-source/custom UAV platforms
📍 Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra
💼 Experience: 1–3 years preferred
