Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain clear project documentation, including business requirements and process flows. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively. Assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs. Provide support for project management and help ensure timely delivery of business solutions. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and business processes. Experience with documentation and process mapping tools. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
