Senior Business Analyst (In-Store-Commerce)

The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analysing and documenting business requirements for in-store retail commerce technology projects, such as Oracle POS, Microsoft POS, or equivalent systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are accurately captured and communicated, aligning retail commerce systems with business objectives and user needs. The analyst will also identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency in a fast-paced, global fashion retail environment. As a Business Analyst, you will: Analyse and document business requirements for in-store retail commerce technology projects, such as Oracle POS, Microsoft POS, or equivalent systems, using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately captured and communicated. Support project timelines by identifying and mitigating risks and resolving requirements-related bottlenecks. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within retail commerce systems. Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate the impact of business analysis on retail operations. Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
