Senior Business Analyst – PLM

The BA – PLM Supply Chain Planning is responsible for delivering Supply Chain solutions that meet the needs of the business as we deliver our strategy. This role will partner with the Supply Chain team to ensure the seamless implementation, integration, and optimisation of technology. You will work in a fast-paced agile environment, driving and facilitating the business engagement of our PLM solution and improving process design and solution development. Main Responsibilities: Support and develop reliable and efficient technology solutions for the supply chain function. Ensure platforms bring automation and improved efficiency to business process enabling maximum return on investment. Build relationships with the supply chain team ensuring good collaboration. Stay ahead of advancements in technologies and methodologies, introducing innovations as needed. Develop plans for improved governance and management of supply chain master and transactional data Build documented functional and technical specifications for supply chain applications Audit existing implementations of finance and supply chain systems making recommendations for improved deployment and utilisation in the business Have an in-depth understanding of the business/technology landscape. Analysing, documenting and challenging end-to-end business processes and customer journeys. Establishing business process, business architecture, and business requirements capture to guide the definition & design of the PLM processes. Participating and reporting in management meetings to ensure an understanding of solution roadmaps, priorities, schedules, and constraints. Collaborating with the business stakeholder team to align with timings and resourcing. Developing and growing the relationship between the IT organization, our business and our 3rd Party Suppliers.
