Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Driver Service Representative. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the on demand driver service via our application, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of driver tasks. Daily responsibilities include handling new driver onboarding, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role involves monitoring service quality, providing training and support to drivers, and working closely with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Good Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Experience in managing driver operations is a plus
