Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Driver Recruiter, based in Hyderabad. The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and retaining drivers for Zeroleap Technologies. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating recruitment campaigns, and fostering positive relationships with drivers to ensure long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Regulations and understanding of legal compliance in transportation industries
- Minimum 3 Years Experience in Driver Hiring practices with a focus on sourcing and onboarding drivers
- Skills in Driver Retention and employee engagement
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service abilities to ensure driver satisfaction and align with company goals
- Relevant experience in employee transportation or logistics is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in human resources or transportation is advantageous
