Role Overview
We are hiring a disciplined and professional Driver to manage employee transportation for a corporate client. The role requires strict adherence to schedules, safe driving practices, and maintaining a high standard of conduct and vehicle cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees between designated pickup points and office locations
- Maintain strict punctuality for pickup and drop schedules
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition at all times
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations
- Maintain daily trip logs and report any issues promptly
- Provide a polite and professional experience to passengers
- Coordinate with the operations team for route and schedule updates
Requirements
- Valid Indian driving license (LMV – commercial preferred)
- Minimum 2–4 years of driving experience (cab/corporate preferred)
- Good knowledge of Gurgaon and Delhi NCR routes
- Strong sense of discipline, punctuality, and responsibility
- Basic communication skills (Hindi required; basic English is a plus)
- Clean driving record (no major violations)
- Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior
Work Details
- Full-time role
- Shift-based work (may include early morning / late evening)
- Weekly off as per roster
