Job SummaryManavsini Services Private Limited is hiring experienced Drivers and Heavy Equipment Operators for a reputed company in Romania. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in operating vehicles or machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to international safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities🚛 Driving Roles (Light, Heavy, Truck, Trailer, Tractor, Dump Truck)
- Operate assigned vehicles safely and efficiently as per job requirements
- Transport goods, materials, or personnel to designated locations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and delivery documentation
- Assist in loading/unloading coordination where required
🏗 Equipment Operator Roles (Crane, Excavator, Backhoe)
- Operate heavy machinery such as cranes, excavators, and backhoes
- Perform lifting, digging, loading, and site preparation tasks
- Conduct pre-operation safety checks and ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations
- Coordinate with supervisors and ground teams for smooth operations
- Perform basic maintenance and report technical issues
Requirements- Proven experience in relevant driving or equipment operation role
- Valid driving license (Light/Heavy/HTV) or operator certification (as applicable)
- Strong understanding of safety standards and operational procedures
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Basic knowledge of vehicle/equipment maintenance
- Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented attitude
- Working video demonstrating skills (mandatory)
