Body Shop Collision Center Estimator

The Driver’s Village Collision Center provides excellent opportunities for advancement, and competitive compensation based on experience. A Licensed Estimator will earn between $60k and $72K depending on work history and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Greet and respond to our clients and guests in a welcoming manner.
Assess customers’ needs and concerns for their vehicles.
Accurately enter customer and vehicle information
Clearly communicate with customers throughout the collision repair process, from beginning through completion
Provide timely updates to customers on vehicle status
Conduct business in an ethical manner with integrity.
Other duties as assigned

Applicants Should Meet or Exceed These Requirements:

New York Independent Adjuster License preferred
Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
Valid NY State Driver’s License
High school diploma or equivalent
