Job Summary
The BDC Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Business Development Center. This role ensures accurate lead management, CRM integrity, reporting, and process compliance to support sales performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and distribute inbound leads through the CRM system
Maintain accurate customer records and data integrity
Monitor BDC call activity, appointments, and follow-ups
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Audit lead response times and appointment show rates
Support BDC agents and managers with scheduling and workflow coordination
Ensure compliance with dealership processes and manufacturer standards
Troubleshoot basic CRM issues and escalate when necessary
Assist with onboarding and training documentation for new BDC staff
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of administrative, CRM, or BDC experience (automotive preferred)
Proficiency with CRM systems (DealerSocket, VinSolutions, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze data and create performance reports
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Automotive dealership experience
Experience with call tracking and lead management tools
Knowledge of sales KPIs and BDC performance metrics
