Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Udaipur for the role of Driller. The Driller will oversee the operation and maintenance of drilling equipment and ensure the safe and efficient drilling of wells. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring drilling machinery, conducting routine inspections, maintaining equipment, supervising drilling operations, and ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and maintaining drilling machinery
- Experience in drilling and directional drilling operations
- Strong skills in inspection and maintenance of equipment
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry standards and safety procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve equipment-related issues
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Experience in operational management in a field environment is an advantage
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in drilling or related fields is preferred
