DRE - Vision Lighting
This role is pivotal in developing and implementing advanced lighting solutions that enhance both aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative lighting solutions that meet customer and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate lighting solutions into existing products.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype development for new lighting technologies.
- Ensure all lighting products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Optimize lighting designs for energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Manage and lead projects from conception to market release.
- Provide technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update technical documentation for all lighting products.
- Support sales and marketing teams with technical insights and product specifications.
Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in lighting design or a similar technical role.
- Proven track record of developing and launching innovative lighting products.
- Strong understanding of lighting technology and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency regulations and sustainability practices.
- Experience with CAD and lighting design software.
- Ability to travel as needed for project requirements.
