Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing Electrical/ELV/Mechanical/Plumbing design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Generating CAD models using AutoCAD, ZWCAD, and REVIT, blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.
- Designing and drafting complete Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical systems, or specializing in one of those areas.
- Preparing Electrical/ ELV/ Mechanical/ Plumbing shop drawings and Electrical schematic drawings.
- Drafting sections for clash resolution and analysis.
- Collaborating closely with clients and consultants, addressing technical requirements and obtaining necessary approvals. Presenting design concepts and adaptations to improve construction methodologies and project outcomes.
- Providing technical assistance to engineers and project managers, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma / or similar qualifications in the relevant field
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in similar nature in the field of Building Service Engineering
- Fluency in, AutoCAD, Revit
- Good Communication Skills and public relation Skills
- The selected candidates will be required to our work site at Maldives.
