Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steel Draughtsman based in Noida. The Steel Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans for steel structures. The role includes collaborating with engineers and construction teams, interpreting designs, preparing material specifications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. The candidate will also regularly revise and update drawings, addressing any modifications requested by the project team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar, as well as knowledge of steel structure detailing and assembly.
- Ability to interpret engineering designs, blueprints, and technical documents for structural projects.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and quality control standards in drafting work.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work efficiently with engineers and project teams.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and industry practices in structural and civil engineering is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field, with prior experience as a Steel Draughtsman preferred.
