About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at Drata. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers throughout their journey with Drata. This includes, but is not limited to, onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer needs, communicate feedback, and ensure that our solutions are meeting their requirements. You will also play a crucial role in driving customer retention, expansion, and advocacy. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, proactively managing their experience and ensuring their success - Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition to the Drata platform - Provide ongoing support and training to help customers maximize the value of our solutions - Monitor customer health and engagement, and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies for improving the customer experience - Collect and communicate customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap planning - Contribute to the growth and retention of our customer base through effective account management and advocacy Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address customer needs - Familiarity with customer success best practices and metrics - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
