DraftWise is an AI contract drafting, review, and negotiation platform powered by an organization’s own legal knowledge. Using DraftWise, lawyers can streamline the contract process with AI-powered automation to draft precedent-based clauses, identify and fix legal errors, and identify key negotiation points, all based on deal history and preferred positions.

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and creative Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that tells our story, strengthens our market perception, builds brand awareness, and drives qualified leads for our sales team.

You’ll work closely with our broader marketing team to produce and edit high-quality, high-impact content that reflects our brand and delivers measurable business results. The ideal candidate is a creative, strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote role based in North America. To collaborate effectively with our marketing team, you must have significant working hours that overlap with Eastern and Pacific time zones. While we are a fully remote company, we offer co-working opportunities in major U.S. cities. Occasional travel (up to 5%) may be required for team meetings, conferences, or customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Define and own a content strategy that serves our target audiences, effectively tells our story, and drives awareness and revenue growth.
  • Narrative & Positioning: Ensure all content supports and reinforces our key brand perceptions and messaging.
  • Content Roadmap: Manage the editorial calendar across multiple channels, formats, and audience segments.
  • Content Creation: Use modern tools—including AI—to support efficient content development while maintaining a high standard for quality and creativity.
  • Multiformat Content: Go beyond traditional blog posts to create dynamic content, including short-form videos, tools, templates, interactive demos, and more.
  • Content Performance: Analyze content performance, prioritize based on impact, and refine the roadmap to focus on what builds brand equity, drives traffic, and converts.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Partner with the Growth team to support personalized, signal-based, social, and ecosystem partner campaigns that drive pipeline.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Manage and prioritize content requests, interview subject matter experts, ghostwrite when needed, and serve as a lead editor across teams.
  • Brand Voice & Style: Develop and maintain our tone of voice and brand writing style guide.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in content marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong editing ability with a consistent, high-quality bar
  • Proven ability to define strategy and also produce content using modern tools and AI
  • Experience managing an editorial calendar and content roadmap
  • Ability to oversee content production across various formats (thought leadership, video, templates, etc.)
  • Passion for educating audiences through compelling, helpful content
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Have

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech content marketing
  • Experience hiring and managing contractors or agencies
  • Background in video content creation (e.g., sizzle reels, product demos)
  • Knowledge of or experience in the legal or legal tech industry

Why Join Us: This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions directly impact the business's success.
