Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Draftsperson to join our team in an on-site capacity at our Coimbatore office. The Draftsperson will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, blueprints, and technical plans based on architectural designs and specifications. The role will involve collaborating with architects and engineers, reviewing plans to ensure accuracy, and utilizing CAD software to create precise technical drawings. The position requires an individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and technical detailing
- Ability to interpret and translate architectural designs into detailed drawings
- Experience in reviewing and refining blueprints, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with architects and engineers
- Effective time-management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with building codes and construction documentation practices is a plus
