We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in architectural and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimation of interior products, and supporting tendering and project execution within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs for architectural and interior works
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural drawings and layouts
- Estimate costs for interior products
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and design details
- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets
- Compare and evaluate vendor quotations and material rates
- Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
- Handle client billing, vendor billing, and payment certification
- Track variations, extra items, and change orders
- Conduct site visits for measurement verification
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and site teams
- Maintain cost reports, BOQs, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Architecture (preferred for interiors)
- Quantity Surveying or related field
Strong knowledge of:
- Interior fit-out materials and execution
- BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
- Architectural drawings and detailing
- Proficiency in:
- MS Excel (must)
- AutoCAD (must)
- Estimation / ERP tools (preferred)
Skills:
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
Experience:
- 2–4 years in interior fit-out / architectural projects
- Experience in interior product estimation is highly preferred
