Role Overview:
We are looking for a Draftsman with experience in corporate/office interior projects. The person will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, working drawings and documentation required for design and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and working drawings for corporate interior projects.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, ceiling plans and detailed drawings.
• Convert design concepts into accurate and execution-ready drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with Interior Designers, Architects, MEP and Project/Execution teams.
• Prepare drawings based on site measurements and project requirements.
• Make revisions and incorporate design/client feedback accurately and within timelines.
• Ensure drawings follow project standards, dimensions and specifications.
• Support the execution team with drawings and technical details whenever required.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.
Requirements:
• 2–6 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in corporate interiors, commercial interiors or office fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Good understanding of interior detailing, construction drawings and working drawings.
• Experience with furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations and sections.
• Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Experience working on projects from design through execution will be an advantage.
