Job details:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Draftsman with strong knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed manufacturing drawings and coordinating with clients to understand technical and contractual requirements.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Develop detailed fabrication and machining drawings
Interpret engineering concepts and convert them into accurate drawings
Coordinate with production team for drawing clarifications
Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements
Review and incorporate client specifications and contractual requirements
Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and project requirements
Handle revisions and maintain proper documentation
✅ Requirements:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field
1-3 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (mandatory)
Good understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong communication skills for client interaction
Basic understanding of contracts, technical specifications, and project scope
⭐ Preferred Skills:
Experience in valve manufacturing / heavy engineering (added advantage)
Knowledge of GD&T
Exposure to standards (IS, ASTM, ASME, etc.)

Salary : 20,000.00 per month.
working days : Mon - Sat ( 9am - 6pm) ; 3rd saturday and sundays are off.
