Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Draftsman, based in Faridabad, with the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, interpreting design concepts, and working closely with the design and production teams to ensure the feasibility and functionality of furniture designs. Other responsibilities include ensuring compliance with project specifications, using specialized design software, and making necessary modifications to meet customer requirements and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related tools
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, measurements, and design specifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and technical documentation
- Good communication skills for collaborating with design and production teams
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet tight project deadlines
- Problem-solving skills to address design challenges and provide innovative solutions
- Experience in furniture or interior design drafting is a plus
