Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsman at PP BOILERS located in Chandigarh. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, working closely with engineers to interpret specifications, and preparing layouts for boilers and related systems. They will ensure adherence to project requirements, review designs for accuracy, and update drawings as necessary. The Draftsman will also collaborate with project teams to contribute to the successful execution of boiler systems and power plant projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing tools
- Knowledge of mechanical drawing standards and engineering codes
- Ability to interpret and translate engineering concepts into precise drawings
- Experience with boiler and power plant design or related machinery is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
