Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Anand for a Draftsman. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and layouts in collaboration with architects, engineers, and designers. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and modifying drawings using CAD software, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards, and assisting in the interpretation of architectural and engineering designs. The role also involves reviewing and checking drawings for accuracy and ensuring timely project submissions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical drawing and drafting using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or similar tools
- Ability to read, interpret, and create architectural and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision in producing technical documents
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction materials is an advantage
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in drafting or a similar role is preferred
