Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Drafter role located in Kochi. The Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings, including architectural, structural, and MEP plans, using software such as AutoCAD and Revit. The role involves interpreting design requirements, collaborating with engineers, and delivering high-quality drawings for construction and tender stages. The Drafter will also be required to ensure adherence to international standards and codes while working closely with the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
- Experience in architectural drafting, structural drafting, and MEP services
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical design concepts
- Familiarity with BIM processes and CAD conversion techniques
- Strong understanding of international design and drafting standards
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate and precise drawings
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience as a Drafter in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
