Job Description:As an International Global Program Manager – Payroll within our Payroll Team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing payroll processes across multiple countries or regions where the organization operates. You will ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, coordinate payroll activities, and implement standardized global payroll practices to achieve operational efficiency and accuracy.
You will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements related to employee Payments and labor processes in India. You will be responsible for managing Payroll, providing guidance, and ensuring that our HR practices align with local laws and best practices.
The measures of success will be consolidation, automation & centralization of Payroll, International Payroll, Zero instances of legal non-compliance, Implementation of corrective actions of identifying high risk areas Accuracy.

Qualifications:Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or certifications in labor laws or HR compliance preferred.
