Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid/remote DPDP Compliance role based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing gap assessment, implementation and compliance with data protection laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing gap analysis, implement remediation actions through policy and process framework, overseeing regulatory processes, ensuring legal adherence, and preparing reports. The candidate will collaborate closely with relevant teams to promote a culture of compliance and regulatory awareness within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in privacy framework especially DPDP Act and associated Regulatory Compliance
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with teams, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
- Establish documentation hygiene through policies and processes, consent management, DPIA etc.
- Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate compliance risks and implement mitigating strategies
- Knowledge of relevant data protection frameworks and training requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a structured environment
- Educational background in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in compliance roles or similar positions is an advantage
