Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Industry: Logistics and Supply Chain Job Function: Organizational Development, HR Analytics Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 estimated monthly Gender: Any Job Type: Internship Key Responsibilities * Assist in research and analysis of workforce data and organizational metrics * Support the VP – Organization Effectiveness with preparing presentations, dashboards, and performance reports * Help with governance-related documentation and process improvement * Collect and clean data for performance and productivity assessments * Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing manpower planning * Collaborate with HR and strategy teams on special projects Job Requirements Education: * Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields Experience: * Previous internship or academic project in HR analytics or performance analysis is a plus Skills: * Proficient in Excel; Power BI or similar tools is a bonus * Strong analytical and communication skills * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented * Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality What We Offer * Exposure to workforce planning strategies and organizational development * Collaborative and supportive working environment * Certificate upon completion and valuable real-world experience
