Responsibilities:
● Lead a team of executives in your region to drive technology adoption in hospital as well as home settings
● Achieve additional business through upselling/cross-selling Dozee solution
● Understanding hospital’s workflow and fitting Dozee solution in it
● Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc for nurses, doctors and patients
● Develop strong relationships and brand recall with customers
● Setup right process in their regions for enabling remote patient monitoring at hospital / home
● Resolve operations escalations in hospitals, with the help of operations executive
● Create opportunities for brand marketing and presence in hospitals
● Ensure payments are done on time by partner hospitals
● Regularly update the management and sales team on device usage
Requirements:
● 2+ years experience in sales/operations
● Should have good communication, presentation and public speaking skills
● Should possess business acumen and should be results oriented
● Should be willing to travel to hospitals extensively, incl. visiting Covid affected hospitals
● Should be great at building and managing client relationships
● Should have prior experience of leading a team
