Responsibilities
● Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.
● Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
● Educate potential clients on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.
● Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.
● Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique needs of each client.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
● Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
● Work closely with the product development, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
● Master’s /Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field from premier institutions.
● 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
