Earnings & Financial Rewards
Base Wage: $63,000 - $73,000 annually D.O.E.
Total Target Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
Performance Bonus: Eligible for bonuses based on individual achievement and team success.
The Daily Impact
You will manage a dedicated geographic territory, ensuring our products are well-represented and our customers are supported.
Relationship Management: Call on customers to take orders, present new items, and check for out-of-stock products.
Business Development: Research potential customers and conduct cold calls to expand our footprint in the region.
Marketing Execution: Coordinate promotional events, educate store staff on products, and manage on-site shelf labels and store sets.
Logistics & Reporting: Maintain sales route sheets, update price lists, and review accounts receivable for your clients.
Who You Are
Experienced: You have a background in the grocery industry or a related field.
Education: High school graduate or GED holder.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using software and technology to manage orders and sales calls.
Communication Pro: Excellent skills in person and over the phone.
Mobile: Willing to travel daily to customer locations within your assigned region.
