About the role

Dow has exciting opportunities for new graduate PhD scientists and Engineers interested in careers in Research and Development (R&D), as well as in other functions including Manufacturing & Engineering (M&E), Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), and Information Systems (IS) aligned with various business units in Texas, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and other locations in North America. As a PhD scientist or engineer, you will be responsible for solving diverse and open-ended problems, driving initiatives that provide business and customer value and contribute to intellectual capital, and incorporating innovative technologies into practice. You will have the opportunity to develop broad and deep technical skills as an industrial researcher, collaborate across Dow teams and functions, and contribute to Dow's business and sustainability goals.
