Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Lead and be a Single Point of Contact for all Product Sales & Technical Training and training activities for the assigned products and technologies. • Work closely with the regions and key geographies to assess product training needs. 2:Work with R&D, Technical Service and Support, Sales, Marketing, Product Managers, and Operations to develop the most effective training materials and programs. • Develop the Sales and Technical Training Materials to support new product launches, induction program, refresher training requests, and other product related trainings requirements from the Product Division. 3:Create and get buy in for the new product launch training policy for each new product. Following the launch monitor the implementation and success of the roll-out plan. • Support and assist Product Managers on the development of the Product Sales Training Packages associated to the new product launches, induction program, refresher training request, etc. 4: Plan, organize and perform both the train-the-trainer and or direct training classes – in all geographies – as required. • Conduct post launch reviews, assign actions and track changes. 5:Be responsible & accountable for Sales & Technical Training Packages ensuring it is available and relevant (E-Learning, Webinar, Instructor Led-Training/F2F). • Responsible to ensuring Regional Sales and Technical workforce are properly trained by liaising directly to the Regional Training Manager. • Keep and maintain all training materials on assigned products and technologies up-to-date and relevant ensuring the operations team are adequately trained.
