<li>Manage reservations and maintain accurate records in the system.</li>
<li>Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.</li>
<li>Assist with billing and payment processing during check-out.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.</li>
<li>Follow safety and security protocols to ensure guest safety.</li>
