<li>Assist with billing and payment processes during check-out.</li>
<li>Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.</li>
<li>Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>

<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li>

<li>Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.</li>
