We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our dynamic team at Congruent Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development using DotNet and will be responsible for leading technical projects, overseeing a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design software architecture, and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software applications while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
- Mentor and guide team members in their professional development and technical skills.
- Review and improve code quality through regular code reviews and feedback sessions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong proficiency in DotNet Core.
- Experience with front-end technologies like ReactJS.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices is added advantage.
