sWe are looking for a talented and driven .NET Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core, .NET MVC, C#, and front end technologies such as jQuery, HTML, and CSS. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to take ownership of projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. Exposure to project management and service delivery processes will be a significant advantage
.Key Responsibilitie
- sDesign, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, .NET MVC, C#, and related technologies
- .Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- .Lead small teams or modules, ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards
- .Take ownership of assigned projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post production support
- .Ensure seamless service delivery by managing priorities, risks, and dependencies effectively
- .Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when required
- .Implement responsive front end interfaces using jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3
- .Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and debug complex problems
- .Maintain documentation for code, processes, and service delivery activities
- .Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating and recommending tools, technologies, and process enhancements
.Required Skills and Qualification
- sBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

.Preferred Skills and Certification
- sMicrosoft Certified .NET Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent certification
- .Experience with Entity Framework or Dapper
- .Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- .Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
- .Experience integrating CI and CD pipelines for streamlined delivery
- .Exposure to JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is an added advantage
