• Responsibilities:
• Backend services & APIs - .NET Core microservices with REST and dynamically generated GraphQL endpoints
• Distributed storage systems - Multi-site replication, versioning, backup/restore policies, and high availability patterns
• Kubernetes deployment automation - Custom C# tooling that abstracts infrastructure complexity and supports multiple deployment targets
• Cloud-native infrastructure - Container orchestration, service mesh, automated certificate management, and network configuration
• Event-driven architecture - Asynchronous, eventually consistent systems with distributed coordination
• Security & authentication - OAuth2/OpenID Connect SSO integration across all platform components
• Microservices using the backend platform to provide valuable features for customers like AI integration, etc.
• Comprehensive testing - Automated test suites including full multi-cluster scenario validation

Required Skills

 

Backend & Distributed Systems (Must Have)

• .NET Core/C# - modern async/await, dependency injection, .NET 6+ required
• Kubernetes expertise - deployments, persistent storage, multi-node clusters, Helm charts
• Distributed systems - eventual consistency, message brokers (RabbitMQ), async patterns
• Containerization - Docker/Podman, multi-stage builds, container orchestration
• Cloud storage - Object storage patterns (S3-compatible systems), replication strategies
• Database technologies - NoSQL databases, indexing, search platforms
• Fluent English - written and spoken for international collaboration

DevOps & Infrastructure (Highly Valued)

• CI/CD - GitHub Actions, automated pipelines, Infrastructure as Code
• Cloud platforms - AWS (EC2, S3, EKS) or equivalent
• Security - OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, enterprise identity providers
• Automation - PowerShell/bash scripting, deployment automation
• Monitoring - Observability tools, metrics, logging

Bonus Skills

• Frontend experience (Vue.js, TypeScript) for full-stack collaboration
• Media workflows or broadcast industry knowledge
• Multi-region/multi-cloud deployment patterns
