ob Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Support Engineer with strong expertise in L2/L3 production support, Azure services, and distributed application environments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills, along with hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications built on .NET technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for applications developed using C#, .NET, REST APIs, and Web Services.
- Ensure high application availability and timely resolution of incidents and production issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to:
- SQL Server
- REST APIs
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Function Apps
- Perform root cause analysis, defect identification, and performance tuning.
- Monitor application health, logs, alerts, and Azure environments proactively to minimize risks and outages.
- Collaborate with development teams for:
- Code-level debugging
- Defect fixes
- Deployment and release support through CI/CD pipelines
- Manage incidents, problems, and change requests while ensuring SLA compliance and proper documentation.
- Support integrations and workflows across distributed systems and application services.
- Participate in on-call support rotation as required.

Working Hours
- Support coverage between 8:00 PM CST to 10:00 AM CST
- Equivalent IST shift: 7:30 AM / 9:30 AM IST to 9:30 PM IST
- Additional on-call support based on roster schedule
