Job Description
We are seeking a talented
.NET and Angular Developer with
8–10 years of experience to join our team in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will have strong development experience using
Angular 10 or above,
C#,
.NET, and related frameworks. As a .NET and Angular developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications for
Lumen.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core/Framework and Angular technologies.
- Work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring responsiveness and integration with other services or APIs.
- Develop database schemas and complex SQL queries.
- Independently lead modernization/migration efforts for legacy .NET applications.
- Maintain and resolve issues in a complex integration architecture, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Support various testing cycles including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines as part of DevOps platforms for code delivery.
- Perform development-tier production support and software release activities.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: PI planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Mentor team members in technical areas and contribute to architectural solutions.
- Assist in designing and evaluating future-state technologies for the Telecommunication Digital Ordering Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA, and Product Owners to deliver impactful projects.
What We Look For In a Candidate
- Strong experience in Frontend technologies: Angular JS or above, Node.js, NPM, TypeScript, ECMAScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS, JavaScript, Jasmine & Karma.
- Strong experience in Backend technologies: C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API 2, Entity Framework Core 6.0 (including LINQ to SQL), RESTful Web Services, Microservices, SOAP Services.
- Experience building single-page applications with Angular.
- Familiarity with workflow frameworks like Temporal.
- Understanding of enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, and code versioning tools (Git/GitHub).
- Exposure to automation tools like Jenkins and cloud technologies (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- 8+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Essential Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Angular 10+, Node.js, NPM, TypeScript, ECMAScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS, JavaScript, Jasmine & Karma.
- Expertise in C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API 2, Entity Framework Core 6.0, RESTful Web Services, Microservices, SQL, SOAP Services.
- Operational experience with development and deployment in large-scale environments.
Desirable Skills
- jQuery, SonarQube, Splunk, AppDynamics, GitHub Copilot.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Agile, SAFe).
- Documentation tools: Confluence, JIRA.
- Swagger, XML, JSON.
- Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Docker.
