Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies, modern front end frameworks and Sitefinity CMS platform. This role involves leading the design, development, optimization, and enhancement of enterprise web applications built on .NET & Sitefinity. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end to end architecture, design and development of applications.
Provide technical direction to development teams and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Review code, design documents, and deployment plans to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
Drive modernization and migration initiatives involving Sitefinity CMS.
Design and implement custom modules, widgets, and integrations within Sitefinity.
Lead development efforts using .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, and front-end frameworks.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
Oversee release management, deployment planning, and environment strategy.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting for critical application issues.
Guide teams in performing RCA and implementing long-term corrective fixes.
Ensure application stability, uptime, and performance.
Work closely with product owners, business teams, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide effort estimates, technical documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
