Night Manager

We are looking to fill the position of Night Manager with Dorsett Shepherds Bush London and daO by Dorsett West London our aparthotel. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for the night team working closely with the front office team and security on nights. You must be an enthusiastic and pro-active individual who enjoys varied responsibilities with a positive approach to lead from the front, ensuring to get the best from our team. You will be detailed orientated, self-motivated, and driven to go deliver a warm and welcoming guest experience, exceeding their expectations. The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable to assume a variety of roles and responsibilities and demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills both verbal and written. The role is working 5 days a week 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Dorsett Shepherds Bush is a listed building with 317 rooms, a restaurant, 3 meeting rooms, and an executive lounge. The hotel opened its doors in June 2014 and has gained the reputation of delivering excellent guest experiences in a beautiful hotel with comfortable and well-appointed rooms.
