Role Overview:
This role is responsible for leading the social media strategy — driving brand growth, performance, and content direction across multiple client accounts.
The role goes beyond execution — it requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and client understanding to build impactful digital narratives and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
• Develop platform-wise social media strategies
• Translate business goals into content + campaign strategies
• Lead monthly/quarterly content planning across clients
• Identify trends, formats, and hooks that drive engagement & conversions
Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a team of social media strategists & executives
• Ensure quality, consistency, and timelines across all deliverables
• Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training
• Build a culture of ownership and accountability
Client & Brand Understanding:
• Work closely with clients to understand business objectives
• Present strategies, campaign ideas, and performance insights
• Act as a bridge between creative, performance, and client teams
Content Direction:
• Guide the team on content buckets, storytelling, and tonality
• Approve creatives, captions, and campaign directions
• Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and target audience
Performance & Optimization:
• Track key metrics: engagement, reach, leads, conversions
• Optimize strategies based on data & insights
• Collaborate with performance marketing team for paid campaigns alignment
