The Patient Service Representative greets patients in a pleasant manner; answer telephone calls in a timely, pleasant, effective manner and knowledge to schedule appointments. Responsible for reception and registration process and performs additional routine clerical duties as needed.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience: Previous experience in patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred.
Shift: Working 30 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Shifts starting from 5:30 am - 8:30 a.m. ending at 5:00 p.m.
