Job Description

Must-Have Background :

  • 12 - 15 years of delivery leadership in small to mid-sized IT services companies.
  • Strong exposure to managing global clients and multiple industry domains.
  • Complete delivery ownership : projects, people, processes, and P&L.
  • AI-first approach, experience leveraging automation for better delivery outcomes.
  • Not from large MNCs prefers leaders who have worked in lean setups and driven outcomes without large teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive overall delivery execution, governance, and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor Delivery Heads, PMs, and engineering teams.
  • Own P&L of the delivery function.
  • Collaborate with sales, solutions, and operations to drive client success and internal process maturity.
  • Champion employee growth, morale, and skill development.
  • Partner with RMG for resource management and utilization optimization.
