Kindness Welfare Association is a Jaipur-based non-profit organisation dedicated to serving underprivileged families, children, and animals through compassion-driven initiatives.
Through our Daily Food Seva campaigns, we provide fresh meals every day outside SMS Hospital for patients’ families and people in need. We also support stray and injured animals through rescue, care, and feeding initiatives.

Role Description
We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and well-spoken Donor Relationship Executive to join our team in Jaipur.
In this role, you will communicate with donors and supporters through phone calls and WhatsApp, explain our ongoing campaigns, resolve donor queries, and help build long-term relationships with supporters of the organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, with the ability to speak professionally, empathetically, and confidently with donors.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Call donors and supporters to explain ongoing campaigns
- Build and maintain positive donor relationships
- Assist donors with payment, donation, and 80G-related queries
- Follow up with interested supporters through calls and WhatsApp
- Share impact stories and campaign updates
- Maintain donor records and communication logs
- Coordinate with the internal team for campaign outreach activities
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Confident and professional phone communication
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to explain campaigns and social initiatives clearly
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, fundraising, or NGO outreach is preferred
- Passion for social causes and helping people
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred
- Experience in NGO fundraising or donor communication
- Familiarity with CRM or donor management systems
- Basic English communication skills
