Job Summary:
We are looking for compassionate and relationship-oriented Donor Engagement Coordinators to strengthen our donor relationships through meaningful communication, timely follow-ups, and thoughtful engagement. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building long-term relationships and creating positive experiences for stakeholders.
Location: BKC, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage donor thank-you communications and acknowledgement processes.
- Coordinate donor appreciation and engagement initiatives.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with donors through regular communication.
- Respond to donor queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support donor events and relationship-building activities.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in relationship management, client servicing, customer success, donor relations, hospitality, or similar people-centric roles.
- Experience in the social sector or nonprofit organizations will be an added advantage.
