Vice President, Operations Strategy and Excellence

The Vice President of Operations Strategy and Excellence plays a critical leadership role in driving DFIN's continuous improvement and operational transformation. Reporting to the SVP of Operations Strategy and Global Supply Chain, this leader oversees a high-performing team of engagement managers, process improvement specialists, and data analysts. This position is responsible for optimizing global operations to enhance the client experience, improve efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure that all initiatives align with enterprise data security and governance priorities. The VP of Operations Strategy and Excellence collaborates closely with DFIN executive leadership on enterprise-wide initiatives to design and implement strategic objectives, operationalize innovative solutions, and foster a culture of operational excellence. The driver of success for this role is defined by the ability to implement agreed upon strategies across DFIN with quantified performance metrics. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of consulting expertise, thought leadership, change management skills, and hands-on implementation experience.
