Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Domino / JavaScript Developer for a full-time basis to join us. This is a hands-on development role focused on building, enhancing, and modernising business-critical Domino applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications, with a focus on both back-end and front-end development. Day-to-day tasks involve coding, troubleshooting software issues, implementing features using JavaScript and Redux.js, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and adherence to best development practices are key to success in this role.

Who can Apply for this Role?
- Strong hands-on Domino development experience
- Expertise in LotusScript, XPages, Formula Language & Domino Designer
- Solid JavaScript and web development exposure
- Experience building workflows, agents, forms, and views

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End Development and technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including building efficient and scalable server-side applications
- Strong skills in JavaScript and frameworks such as Redux.js
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience with enterprise-grade application development is a plus
- Knowledge of API management and integration tools is an advantage
